Role Description
This role involves assisting clients in navigating the complexities of ticketing and event management services.
- Engage with clients in Dutch to understand their ticketing needs and provide expert advice on event services.
- Assist clients in using online ticketing platforms to ensure a smooth and successful event setup.
- Analyze client requirements and deliver customized solutions to enhance their event outcomes.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients on best practices in ticketing and event management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative service offerings that meet client expectations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in online ticketing and event management.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Strong understanding of online ticketing systems and event management processes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, consulting, or event management is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
