Role Description

This role is perfect for individuals passionate about e-commerce and providing top-notch customer support. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting Italian-speaking customers with their inquiries related to orders, products, and returns. Your effective communication and problem-solving skills will be critical in ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our clients.

Deliver outstanding customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries related to product details, order status, and return processes.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about promotions, policies, and procedures.
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about new products and trends in the e-commerce landscape.

Qualifications

Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Prior experience in customer service, especially in e-commerce, is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of e-commerce processes and online shopping trends is a plus.
Proficient in using digital tools and customer relationship management software.
