Role Description
This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional service in the tobacco and consumer goods industry. We are seeking enthusiastic candidates who are fluent in German and motivated to support our customers effectively.
- Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns efficiently.
- Assist customers with order processing, account management, and detailed product information.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery and product availability.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain records to help improve service quality.
- Stay updated on the company’s products and policies to offer precise assistance.
- Proactively seek customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall service experience.
Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with customer service software and proficiency in Microsoft Office is advantageous.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
