Role Description
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting creative professionals and helping them enhance their online presence through excellent service.
- Provide top-notch customer support to German-speaking content creators through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries about platform features, tools, and best practices for content creation.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and concerns, ensuring a positive and productive experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow-up on unresolved issues.
- Work closely with product and technical teams to relay feedback and improve customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and company updates to provide informed assistance.
- Encourage customer engagement by promoting new features and tools available to users.
Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a tech or online platform environment.
- Strong interest in content creation, social media, and online digital tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client engagement.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and standard office applications.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
