Role Description
This role involves analyzing social media data to extract valuable insights that enhance client engagement and inform marketing strategies.
- Analyze social media metrics to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients.
- Monitor audience engagement and performance trends across various social media platforms.
- Create thorough reports and presentations that summarize findings and suggest improvements based on data analyses.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement data-informed social media strategies.
- Utilize analytical tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with current trends and best practices in social media analytics.
- Assist in the planning and execution of effective social media campaigns driven by analytical insights.
Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in social media or digital marketing.
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms and their analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio).
- Strong communication skills, particularly in presenting data insights effectively to various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
