Role Description
We're seeking a visionary Tech Lead to spearhead the development of our cutting-edge AI solutions that are built entirely in-house. You'll lead a growing technical team in creating sophisticated B2B enterprise products utilizing NLP technology, with the freedom to innovate using both open source and proprietary tools.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in software development
- 3+ years in AI/ML
Requirements
- You make sound architectural decisions that balance innovation with practical implementation
- You resolve complex technical challenges independently and proactively
- You set clear standards and best practices for development teams
- You understand the full AI development lifecycle from research to production
- You build sophisticated NLP solutions from the ground up
- You work comfortably with Python and modern AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
- You implement and optimize RAG and other cutting-edge AI approaches
- You create scalable, enterprise-grade B2B solutions
- You lead by example and mentor junior developers effectively
- You communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- You foster collaboration across distributed teams
- You provide constructive feedback that elevates team performance
- You actively follow and implement emerging AI technologies
- You experiment with new frameworks and approaches like Llama
- You contribute to the AI community through knowledge sharing
- You balance theoretical understanding with practical application
- You thrive in fast-paced environments with limited structure
- You work autonomously with minimal oversight
- You adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements
- You balance immediate needs with long-term strategic vision
