Role Description
This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about music and podcasts and enjoy providing exceptional customer service to enhance the user experience for German-speaking clients.
- Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients regarding music and podcast services through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, service features, and technical issues.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and follow up on outstanding requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service offerings.
- Stay informed about trends in music and podcasting to provide knowledgeable support.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to service enhancements and improvements.
Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a digital media or entertainment environment.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
