Role Description
Aries is seeking enthusiastic Customer Success Representatives who will serve as the frontline support for our diverse client base. This remote position offers flexible working hours and involves engaging with users to ensure an exceptional experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
