Role Description
As a Remote Online Customer Service Specialist, you’ll guide clients in booking their ideal accommodations—no matter where in the world you choose to work.
- Provide personalized assistance to travelers seeking hotel bookings and related services.
- Verify reservation details and ensure everything is accurate and up to date.
- Manage modifications, cancellations, and any unique guest needs.
- Match each client with accommodations that fit their style and budget.
- Issue invoices, manage secure transactions, and maintain meticulous booking records.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Keen attention to detail and the capacity to multitask
- A warm, customer-focused mindset paired with outstanding service skills
- Fluency in English (bilingual skills are an advantage)
- Genuine enthusiasm for travel and crafting memorable journeys
- Must be 18 years or older
