Role Description

As a Student Enrolment Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for professionals ready to transform their careers through education. You will provide them with timely and accurate advice, guiding them to find the right education program to support their career ambitions. This is your chance to make a genuine impact.

  • Guide prospective students through their decision-making journey to choose the right course for their career ambitions via phone, email, and web chat
  • Create personalised pathways for each potential student using your consultative approach
  • Transform inquiries into successful enrolments - ensuring you achieve your targets to help in our vision to transform education and transform the world
  • Work independently with the freedom to adapt your approach—we trust your expertise, not scripts
  • Be a part of a collaborative team that prioritises connection, learning and growth

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales role - you are a self-motivated and mission-driven individual who finds pride in helping others through education and 1:1 guidance
  • Natural relationship-building abilities that create trust and connection
  • A proven track record of meeting KPI's or targets while delivering exceptional service across your pipeline
  • Attention to detail, with a clear understanding of the value of maintaining accurate customer data
  • The drive to thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment
  • Exposure to higher education is advantageous

Benefits

  • Full-time position (38 hours/week)
  • Monday to Friday, 9am – 7pm (rotating roster) AEST/AEDST
  • Work remotely in Australia with a reliable internet connection

Onboarding and Training

  • A comprehensive and supportive remote onboarding completed over your first 3 days
  • 2 weeks of shadowing one of our experienced Student Enrolment Advisors to help you hit the ground running
  • Ongoing support and training from your Team Leader and our dedicated Sales Training team
