Role Description
We’re looking for a creative UX/UI Designer to enhance user experiences across Aries’ products. This remote role involves collaborating with teams to create intuitive and engaging interfaces.
- Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve designs.
- Work with developers to ensure seamless implementation.
- Maintain and evolve Aries’ design system.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, preferably for fintech products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
Requirements
- Quick-thinking and adaptable, with a proactive approach and a sense of urgency.
- Recognize what sets exceptional products apart from the rest.
- Confident in sharing your ideas but open-minded enough to embrace and advocate for better solutions.
- Deeply enthusiastic about coding, with a knack for identifying streamlined, effective solutions.
- Meticulous with details and honest in providing constructive feedback.
- Prioritize clear communication and task completion, ensuring alignment and understanding across the team.
