Role Description
Come grow and expand Supermetrics in the US market with us! We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our go-to-market team in the US! Only candidates already located in EST and CST will be considered.
In this role, you will:
- Take ownership of the North American market and grow the business together with Account Executives across the US.
- Build a strong network of marketing professionals in the North America market.
- Be a part of amazing company culture and work with an awesome team of SaaS sales professionals.
Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include:
- Responsibility for the onboarding, adoption, renewals, growth, and advocacy of North American customers.
- Collaborating with local and global Supermetrics teams (Sales, Product, Support, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering) to provide world-class solutions and consultation to our customer's needs.
- Develop and grow your knowledge of the Supermetrics suite of products/services and industry trends to add value during every customer interaction.
- Sometimes, you might need help from your fellow Customer Success team members or to lend a hand to someone else. We have team-level goals and a strong team mentality!
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in SaaS customer success or agency partnerships.
- Agency or MarTech experience is mandatory.
- Great organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Proactive problem-solving approach.
- Humble attitude.
