Role Description

This position is central to enhancing every aspect of the candidate lifecycle, ensuring a remarkable candidate experience, and streamlining the talent acquisition process for greater efficiency.

  • Cultivate a seamless and enjoyable experience for candidates at every phase of the recruitment cycle, from submitting their applications to formally accepting offers.
  • Provide timely and proactive updates to suppliers throughout the contracting process.
  • Proactively identify and recommend opportunities to enhance recruitment workflows, reducing time-to-hire and increasing operational efficiency.
  • Manage the contract process for our 1099 program including tracking submission and completion.
  • Ensure compliance with TA process and policies by adhering to hiring regulations, company policies, and best practices related to recruitment and employment laws.
  • Actively evaluate and assist in refinement of our talent acquisition processes aiming for greater efficiency and consistency.
  • Assist in establishing and strengthening partnerships with HR, IT, Training, and other departments to innovate recruitment workflows.
  • Serve as a reliable backup for HR Operations, lending support with background checks, I-9 verifications, and any other operational tasks as needed.
  • Demonstrate eHealth’s values in your behaviors, practices, and decisions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Workday Recruiting is a must.
  • At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
  • Exceptional ability to juggle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and knowledgeable about applicant tracking systems.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a dedication to continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively across departments.

Requirements

  • The base pay range reflects the anticipated pay range for this position.
  • Hourly Pay Rate - 28.85 USD Hourly.
