• Comfortable writing short messages and reading dates carefully.
• A beginner who knows when to ask questions can succeed in this role.

Requirements

• Ability to review assigned online cases awaiting specialist callbacks.
• Proficiency in asking for useful contact windows through approved email wording.
• Skill in recording preferred numbers, times, and stated time zones.
• Capability to distinguish between suggested windows and confirmed calls.
• Experience in updating changed preferences in the same case.
• Knowledge of routing urgent concerns under the employer's escalation rules.
• Maintaining a visible owner for follow-up tasks.
