Role Description

The Customer Service Webinar Question Coordinator captures questions during online events and directs them to the appropriate presenter or support owner. This role does not answer technical or product questions beyond supplied guidance and does not moderate the event independently.

• Capture attendee questions in an approved tracker.
• Group routine topics and direct them to the presenter.
• Record the exact question and relevant session or topic.
• Follow secure referral processes for private customer information.
• Note whether questions were answered, deferred, or need follow-up.
• Prepare a concise post-event list for the owner.
• Protect attendee details under the event's privacy rules.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, office administration, or online events is beneficial.
• Ability to read quickly and write short, accurate notes.
• Calm demeanor during busy message periods.

Requirements

• Capture questions before the panel scrolls away.
• Group repeated general questions for the presenter.
• Keep participant account details out of public notes.
• Identify questions needing follow-up owners.
• Mark live answers only when actually given.
