Role Description

This dynamic, remote contractor position is tailored for proactive sales professionals seeking total autonomy over their work schedule alongside uncapped earning potential.

Your core objective will be targeting decision-makers via telephone, email, and LinkedIn to schedule qualified consultations for our senior recruitment team. Candidates with a background in recruitment agency sales may also choose the complete lifecycle route ("Set-and-Close"), taking accounts from initial contact to successful candidate placement for an elevated commission percentage.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prospect and research prospective client organizations utilizing verified lead databases.
• Initiate outbound contact across direct channels (phone, email, social selling) to engage executive stakeholders.
• Pre-qualify prospective commercial accounts and secure introductory meetings for recruitment consultants.
• Maintain organized pipeline records and logging within our central CRM system.
• Optional (Full Lifecycle): Oversee client relationships through to contract signing and placement fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated background in commercial B2B outreach, lead generation, telesales, or business development (agency recruitment background highly advantageous).
• Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Self-reliant mindset capable of managing independent workflows as a freelance contractor.
• Resident in the United Kingdom with awareness of local telemarketing standards (CTPS / PECR compliance).

  • Benchmark: Securing 1 successful placement per month at National Living Wage (£26,436.80/yr equivalent) using our baseline 12% client fee tier.
  • Projected Earnings: ~£951 / month
• Full Lifecycle Track (50% Commission Share)
  • Benchmark: Managing 1 full placement per month under identical salary/fee assumptions.
  • Projected Earnings: ~£1,586 / month
• Note: Figures above reflect minimum fee bands and single-placement monthly performance to provide an accurate baseline expectation rather than an inflated best-case forecast. Commission remains completely uncapped; higher salary placements or increased monthly volume directly scale income.
