[Hiring] Business Development Associate @Galderma

Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Associate, Inside Sales, to join our Brisbane-based team. This is a virtual sales role with ownership of a defined Queensland territory. You will manage and grow your own portfolio of accounts, build trusted customer relationships over the phone and identify opportunities to drive sales across the region.

• Own and manage a defined Queensland territory
• Build and grow customer relationships through phone and virtual engagement
• Identify sales opportunities and progress leads through the pipeline
• Deliver virtual product information, customer training and education sessions
• Segment and prioritise accounts using structured planning and data
• Maintain accurate sales and customer activity in the CRM
• Partner closely with field-based Business Development Managers

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, ideally inside sales or tele-sales, with strong capability in cold outreach.
• Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to structure, prioritise, and manage a large account portfolio.
• Confident, clear, and concise communication skills; comfortable engaging customers all day over the phone.
• Strong Excel capability for list segmentation and sales planning; CRM experience (Veeva) is advantageous.
• Passionate, driven attitude with a strong sales mindset and ability to build rapport virtually.
