[Hiring] Partner Solution Consultant / Engineer @Hyland

Role Description

Your role responsibilities? Here's what you'll do:

• Drive execution of technical integration efforts with partners (ISVs, GSIs, hyperscalers), ensuring alignment to defined requirements while maintaining visibility into partner architectures, product roadmaps, and technical priorities.
• Deliver partner technical enablement including training, documentation, and architecture guidance to support partner onboarding and readiness for integrating and positioning Hyland solutions.
• Partner with Partner Sales Managers to ensure technical readiness for co-sell opportunities, translating integrations into clear and compelling technical value propositions.
• Act as a senior individual contributor liaison between partner technical teams and Hyland Product Engineering and Solutions, tracking and escalating technical blockers impacting integration or partner success.
• Support solution validation, technical discovery, and customer architecture discussions to drive effective go-to-market execution.
• Contribute to improving documentation and reusable technical assets, scaling repeatable integration patterns through documented guidance and shared resources.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in technical partnerships, solution engineering, integrations, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, and integration patterns.
• Experience working collaboratively with product and engineering teams to translate partner requirements into actionable technical work.
• Ability to manage multiple integrations or partner initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences, with comfort operating in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.

Requirements

• Experience working with ISVs, GSIs, or hyperscalers in a partnership or alliance capacity.
• Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems and go-to-market co-sell motions.
• Ability to translate complex technical integrations into clear, audience-appropriate business value propositions.
• Experience contributing to technical documentation, architecture guidance, and reusable integration assets.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, escalate, and resolve technical blockers impacting partner or integration success.
