[Hiring] Oracle Cloud Agile PLM/Oracle Product Hub Consultant @Kapital Data

Role Description

We are seeking an expert with deep Oracle expertise in Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Oracle ERP, and Oracle Product Hub/PIM (Cloud), with strong experience in Bill of Materials (BOM) and product data management processes.

• Assess the client's Oracle landscape and diagnose challenges related to their current BOM processes.
• Support a non-production MVP simulating change propagation across Engineering BOM (eBOM), Supply Chain BOM (SCBOM), Service/Replacement BOM (SRBOM), and ERP.
• Work closely with Kearney and client stakeholders, requiring strong advisory and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Data Management, BOM, PLM, ERP, or manufacturing systems.
• At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle PLM/PIM and Oracle ERP BOM and Item Master processes.
• Strong experience with Oracle Agile PLM and/or Oracle Product Hub/PIM, along with Oracle ERP Inventory, Item Master, Bills of Material, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Quality modules.
• Deep understanding of BOM traceability across engineering, supply chain, and service BOMs.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, FBDI/interface tables, SQL, and data integration/reporting.
• Expertise in change workflows, AML/AVL processes, traceability, and data governance.
• Ability to conduct SME interviews, identify process and data gaps, and develop implementation recommendations.

Requirements

• Direct Oracle PLM/PIM and ERP BOM/Item Master experience.
• Experience supporting BOM change propagation, substitutions/alternatives, and lot/build traceability.
• Availability to start in September or October for approximately 15 weeks.
