Role Description

At Oversee, we build practical AI solutions for the $1.6 trillion global travel industry. For over a decade, we have helped travel agencies and global enterprises cut travel costs and work more efficiently. Our AI-based reshopping products, FareSaver for air and HotelSaver for hotels, track booked trips and automatically rebook them when a better rate becomes available.

AgentSee, our agentic AI platform, works alongside travel agents. It reads traveler requests, handles bookings and changes, and takes on routine servicing tasks, so agents can manage more trips while improving service quality.

We work with the largest travel agencies and fortune 500 companies, supporting over $15B in annual booking volume for more than 11,000 customers in over 60 countries.

We’re looking for a recruiter who loves building, not just hiring. We’re a small, ambitious, international team, and we’re looking for a hands-on, resourceful Talent Acquisition Partner who loves finding exceptional people, thrives in fast-paced environments, and knows how to make things happen.

This isn’t a role where you’ll spend months learning the ropes. By week two, you’ll already be sourcing, interviewing, and making an impact. You’ll have real ownership, work directly with hiring managers across the globe, and help us rethink how recruiting gets done, especially with AI. Come shape the future of business travel with us!

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-growing tech startup or SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience recruiting for the US market, especially GTM roles.
• Excellent English skills and enjoyment of working with international teams across cultures and time zones.
• AI-first mindset; actively using AI in work processes.
• Proficient in sourcing and using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proactive, organized, resourceful, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
• Ownership mentality; ability to move fast and take initiative.
