[Hiring] Associate Director, Contract Proposal Management @Kyndryl

Role Description

As a Contract Proposal Management Professional at Kyndryl, you will immerse yourself in the world of bid coordination and management. Your responsibilities will include:

• Orchestrating the efforts of the bid team from the inception of a bid.
• Gathering and organizing mandatory documents from various parties.
• Conducting credit checks and validating customer information in collaboration with the Seller.
• Managing bid budgets, including opening account IDs, tracking budget usage, and sending out weekly budget reports.
• Ensuring process compliance and attending crucial release calls throughout the bid stages.
• Assisting the Seller in managing the project plan, including setting milestones, planning deliverables, and tracking assignments.
• Collecting mandatory approvals for price, credit, terms and conditions, legal, and risk assessments.
• Assisting with compliance tests, SOX tests, and audits.
• Preparing mandatory documents and facilitating a smooth handover for contract registration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a business setting with exposure to business controls and risk management.
• Experience in Go To Market (GTM) Proposals / Deal Design.
• 3+ years of experience working with vendors.
• Demonstrated business writing skills.
• Experience driving a project to completion.
