[Hiring] Subscription Coordinator @Wärtsilä

Role Description

We are now looking for a Subscription Coordinator Fleet Optimisation Solutions to join our team working for a better future. The position is temporary (3 months) , and the preferred location is in the UK , with a remote work model.

As the FOS Subscription Specialist - Contract Coordinator , your work will focus on supporting the customer by:

• Handling the Agreement
• Assuring the correct execution of service provision
• Coordination of contract adjustments
• Correct billing

You will be reporting to the Manager Subscription Coordination FOS.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of the impact of our services in the context of customers operations and processes
• Proven experience in execution of subscription sales business models
• Fluent English spoken and written
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, ERP-Microsoft Business Central and Wartsila’s FOS offering
• Further knowledge of the environment and products (advantage)
• Strong work ethic
• Able to work independently to fulfil tasks
• Open to new technology and environment that is in constant change
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

Requirements

• Preparation of annual reconciliations of Wartsila’s FOS Rolling Flat Fee offering
• Amending fees as per the contract and issuing of final balance invoices/credits where appropriate
• Develop and maintain Customer Satisfaction
• Maintain day-to-day contact with customers, building strong relationships with key stakeholders through phone, email, and (occasional) customer visits
• Handling customer inquiries, orders, and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Answer requests and send information to customers (e.g. Consumption Information)
• Update relevant customer (account), Service and Opportunity Information in CRM
• Balance capacity and manage priorities in the global team
• Secure process quality and Business Governance practices
• Actively contribute to improvement initiatives of processes, tools, and applications to increase performance
