[Hiring] Account Manager @Orases

Role Description

This is a revenue-generating role: you will prospect, pitch, and close new client relationships, then own the full execution of the programs you sell, from development through vendor management to post-campaign results. You'll operate with real autonomy, working directly with agency leadership rather than through layers of process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven sales experience; you know how to prospect, pitch, and close, not just manage what's handed to you (7+ years preferred)
• Experience owning client programs end-to-end, from concept through completion
• An established network within CPG, grocery retail, marketing agencies, or food broker circles; Publix relationships are a strong plus
• Working knowledge of both in-store/out-of-store and digital marketing channels
• Sharp analytical skills to turn campaign data into client-facing recommendations
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with the independence to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Benefits

• Annualized base salary range is: $95,000 - $110,000
• This position is bonus-eligible; bonus is variable and based on individual sales performance
