Role Description

We are seeking an IT Contracts Writer to join our team. The selected candidate will work remotely.

This position ensures that the process to execute MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts, and other agreements is well organized and efficient. The candidate will work closely with business leads and partners to:

• Draft MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts, and other agreements.
• Proactively coordinate with legal, privacy and security, finance, and procurement teams.
• Ensure that all required information is provided and issues are addressed.
• Ensure agreements satisfy the respective team’s requirements.

The contracts writer will also:

• Develop and maintain an organized repository of all agreements and related documentation.
• Collaborate with business leads to ensure programs and services are in alignment with related agreements.

• By law, the unit is responsible for connecting certain health care organizations that receive state funds for the provision of health care services to the statewide health information exchange network.
• Establishing a clinical data warehouse to support business intelligence efforts at an enterprise level.
• Generating improved health care treatment and improved service delivery by Medicaid Managed Care, state agencies, health departments, and health care organizations.
