Role Description
This role involves becoming a Tech Copywriter on the scandiweb eCommerce expert team. While experience in copywriting is expected, we value your ability to deliver results starting from the test task, as well as your enthusiasm and openness to embrace new knowledge and processes.
- Learn and be open-minded
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
- AI is your friend, and you know how to ask for its help
- Be pedantic—spotting double spaces and attention to detail
- Understand the weight that words have and utilize them effectively
- Work with information on various topics and weave it into text
- Have tech and business knowledge (important but not paramount)
- Great understanding of SEO essentials
- Enjoy challenges, from crafting CTAs to writing lengthy articles and eBooks
- Work with various digital tools to improve workflow
- Be curious with a strong motivation to learn and develop skills
Responsibilities
- Creating new content masterpieces daily
- Writing, editing, and reviewing various texts, including social media posts, landing page copy, meta descriptions, articles, and more
- Learning to use the Content team's everyday tools and mastering AI
- Following workflow and guidelines with precision and attention to detail
- Helping to steer scandiweb's content strategies
- Contributing to scandiweb's and sub-brands' organic growth and lead generation
- Working with colleagues from various departments to gather information for articles
- Coming up with ideas and contributing unique insights to projects
