Role Description
This is mainly a Business Development role, focused on new business acquisition rather than delivery.
- Craft holistic paid media strategies for scandiweb clients and leads
- Drive business development efforts in collaboration with the sales team
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies that enhance client campaigns and align with broader business objectives
- Lead strategic planning sessions with clients to understand their needs and tailor media strategies accordingly
- Conduct detailed market analysis to identify trends and leverage opportunities in the paid media landscape
- Join all sales efforts with the support of the sales manager for leads and existing clients, providing a consultative sales approach
- Engage in key client meetings and presentations to discuss strategy, progress, and results
Qualifications
- At least 2-5 years of senior-level experience in digital marketing, specifically in paid media management for eCommerce platforms
- Hands-on experience with all components of digital marketing for eCommerce: SEO, PPC, Influencers, Affiliates, CRO, Data and Analytics, Social, etc.
- Experience in digital marketing for eCommerce specifically, focusing on transactional campaigns through popular ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.)
- Expert knowledge of various paid advertising platforms and analytics tools
- Excellent presentation skills, confident spoken and written English
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing teams and collaborating with sales and other departments
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, identify trends, and adjust strategies to optimize performance
- Exceptional client service skills with experience in managing and expanding client relationships
