Role Description
This role involves becoming an AI-driven Creative Strategist at scandiweb, where you will collaborate closely with the Paid Media team to optimize marketing campaigns based on unique insights about the target audience.
- Conduct multiple tests to identify effective approaches for generating revenue.
- Gain insights into target audience behavior and outline concepts for ads.
- Prepare creative briefs and mood boards for the design team.
- Review ad responses on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Benchmark ad results and outline potential improvements.
- Collaborate with copywriters and designers to craft creative campaigns.
Qualifications
- Experience using generative AI tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, or FireFly in creative workflows.
- At least 1 year of experience working with creatives and designs.
- An existing portfolio showcasing your work.
- Understanding of creatives/visualization concepts.
- Basic understanding of media buying/paid media.
- Experience collaborating with marketing and paid media teams.
- Ability to generate concepts within brand guidelines and aesthetics.
- Strong eye for effective creative.
- Excellent storytelling skills.
- Proficient in copywriting.
- Creative and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Confident presentation skills.
- Understanding of creative tools, e.g. Motion or other alternatives.
- Confidence in English for effective communication and writing.
