Role Description
This role involves taking full ownership of a key SKU, driving its revenue growth through innovative testing and optimization.
- Work closely with video editing and media buying teams
- Create, refine, and iterate on new short-form video ad creatives and funnels
- Test and optimize short-form ads based on data
- Be persistent and fascinated by consumer behaviour
- Have a knack for creating compelling problem/solution copy that gets results
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of direct response copywriting experience
- Hands-on creation of high-performing short-form video ad scripts and presell advertorials for paid social
- Strong empathy for consumers and deep understanding of psychology
- Excellent research skills to identify big-idea concepts
- Extremely comfortable with performance metrics and analytics
- Highly organized with repeatable processes
- Able to synthesize information and articulate clear strategies
- Demonstrable success in scaling short-form direct response campaigns
- Ability to pinpoint opportunities and devise strategies
- Capable of defining test parameters and executing them systematically
- Energized by a high-velocity, high-growth environment
- Possess a relentless inner drive to deliver excellence
