Role Description

This role involves leading the charge in the Canadian market for PetLab Co., leveraging deep experience in paid social, paid search, and other acquisition channels to achieve aggressive revenue and customer acquisition targets.

End-to-end ownership of performance marketing campaigns
Manage campaigns from planning and execution to optimization and profitability
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure video ads are effective
Synergize ads with congruent landing pages to maximize CVR and AOV
Manage an omnichannel budget and P&L

Qualifications

7-10 years in performance marketing
Proven experience managing $1M+ in monthly ad spend across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
Heavy exposure to direct response marketing, including creative, media, and funnel optimization
Proficient in analytics platforms and Excel
Exceptional communicator

Requirements

Data obsessed with a knack for uncovering patterns and opportunities in data
Strategic thinker and doer capable of developing high-level strategies and executing them with precision
High-growth mindset energized by a fast-paced, high-velocity environment
Experience balancing revenue growth with profitability targets
