Role Description
As a Sales Specialist, you will oversee and be part of the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for monitoring clients' needs while implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, increasing policy sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Adopt product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Assist in identifying potential clients and developing strategies for customer acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new insurance products.
- Provide insights to senior management on market opportunities, bringing feedback for improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Sales Supervisor, Sales Manager, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving sales goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoom.
- Knowledge of life and health insurance products is a plus.
- Insurance license is required (without license are still welcome to apply - we assist in processing).
