Role Description
We are hiring for a Saudi Arabia-based company developing a SaaS dashboard designed to manage an Engaging Rewards Program for corporate clients. We need a bilingual copywriter to craft clear, engaging, and professional copy for dashboard pages and system notifications in Arabic and English.
- Write concise and intuitive microcopy for various dashboard sections (buttons, tooltips, pop-ups, notifications).
- Ensure consistency in tone and terminology across both Arabic and English versions.
- Localize content appropriately rather than direct translation, keeping cultural nuances in mind.
- Craft notification messages that align with system events, guiding users effectively.
- Develop error messages and help text that provide clear guidance for users.
- Write action-driven copy for key user flows (e.g., sign-up, profile setup, rewards redemption).
- Provide revisions & refinements based on feedback.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic and English (native or near-native proficiency in both).
- Experience in UX writing, SaaS platforms, or digital products preferred.
- Strong understanding of microcopy, notifications, and system messaging.
- EGYPTIANS ONLY.
