Role Description

We’re hiring a corporate development and strategy practitioner to lead analysis and turn it into decisions and deals.

• Frame the question, build the models, and make recommendations.
• Stay with the work as it moves into live acquisitions and investments.
• Build AI agents to help a small team move faster.
• Work directly with the VP of Corporate Development and the executive team.

Qualifications

• Roughly 3 to 5 years in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture, corporate development, or strategy at a high-growth technology company.

Requirements

• You drive the work by taking ambiguous problems and working them to recommendations.
• You build and deploy AI agents into real workflows using tools such as Claude, Claude Code, MCP connectors, or comparable frameworks.
• You bring intellectual rigor by building financial models and valuations from first principles.
• You work well with senior leaders, communicating clearly in writing and in person.
