[Hiring] Integration Architect @TekCommands

Role Description

Design and implement integration architectures linking various banking and financial applications to ensure automated processes and seamless data flow across on-premises and cloud environments.

• Lead the implementation of Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions for banking applications, ensuring secure and consistent user authentication across systems.
• Define, enforce, and monitor integration guidelines, interface SLAs, access controls, and architectural quality standards across enterprise projects.
• Utilize middleware, APIs, and web services to enable secure and consistent connectivity between core banking systems, third-party applications, and cloud platforms.
• Translate business requirements for banking transactions and operations into integration patterns, workflows, and scalable architectures.
• Optimize integration performance while implementing security controls, regulatory compliance measures, and auditing mechanisms.
• Construct information systems addressing organizational needs across financial, transactional, and customer-focused domains.
• Evaluate existing system architectures and collaborate with technical teams to recommend enhancements, resolve complex technical challenges, and future-proof integrations.
• Manage end-to-end integration scenarios involving enterprise applications, cloud platforms, data warehouses, and third-party banking systems.
• Apply event-driven architectures and messaging tools for real-time transactional processing.
• Hands-on expertise with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, ODATA, XSLT, OAuth, SFTP, JDBC, and scripting for custom integration logic.
• Develop A2A/B2B integrations, Trading Partner Management (TPM), and leverage integration advisory tools for complex banking workflows.
• Research emerging technologies to propose architectural improvements and provide technical recommendations for system upgrades.
• Communicate integration challenges, risks, and business impacts effectively to stakeholders.
• Partner with project teams and data owners to analyze data quality issues, implement solutions, and ensure enterprise architecture compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years focused on Integration Architecture, ideally in banking or financial services.
• Proven experience with SSO implementation and banking transaction systems.
• Extensive experience with middleware, APIs, and enterprise integration strategies.
• Strong background in software architecture design, data integration, and enterprise data flows.
• Comprehensive knowledge of databases, operating systems, and cloud platforms.
• Prior experience in financial services or enterprise IT environments is preferred.
