Role Description
Valorx is seeking a dynamic Solutions Engineer to join our Professional Service Team. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for solving complex customer challenges by designing tailored solutions.
As a key player in our pre-sales efforts, you will work closely with our sales team to understand client needs, develop and demo custom solutions, and provide expert technical support throughout the sales process.
A typical day in this role includes:
- Collaborating with sales to identify client requirements
- Translating business needs into technical solutions within Valorx products
- Designing and presenting Proof of Concepts (POCs)
- Demoing Valorx Apps to prospective customers
This is a full-time role with opportunities for on-the-job learning and professional development. Prior programming experience is beneficial but not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive training.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- 1+ years of experience with programming languages
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Salesforce and Excel (preferred)
- Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Developer) are a plus
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
Requirements
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand client requirements
- Design and develop customized solutions using Valorx Fusion and Excel technologies
- Build POCs and demo solutions to clients, partners, and internal teams
- Develop Excel-based solutions, including custom automation using VBA or similar tools
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and configure solutions accordingly
- Present and demonstrate technical solutions during sales cycles
- Ensure solutions are scalable, meet all client requirements, and align with best practices
- Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
