Role Description
This role involves developing and maintaining both internal and external client applications as a Full Stack C# .NET Developer.
- Design, build and maintain simple, secure, efficient, and reliable code
- Identify performance issues and bugs, and devise solutions
- Participate and support other team members' tasks for successful project delivery
- Code maintenance and delivery to end user in a structured manner
- Create and maintain unit tests for new and existing code
- Actively participate in peer code review
Your role will involve working with both front-end and back-end technologies, creating responsive and efficient web applications. You will collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to bring innovative ideas to life.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years commercial experience with C#, ASP.Net, MVC and SQL Server
- Experience writing to SOLID principles
- Proficient understanding of code versioning, and build and deployment tools such as GIT, Bitbucket, Team City and Octopus
- Appreciation of good software architecture and core algorithms and data structures
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to deal with customers directly
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and create solutions to business-related issues
Requirements
- Any exposure to ASP.Net Web Forms (ASPX), Asp.Net Web Services (ASMX), Knockout.js is desirable
- DevOps experience (Octopus, Team City, configuring Windows, IIS, SQL Server)
- AWS Cloud Platform experience
- APM (Elastic Search / Datadog) knowledge
- Practical experience in Agile development methodologies
- Automotive business domain knowledge
