Role Description
This role involves working as a full stack engineer at Mixpanel, where the engineering team prioritizes delivering value to customers and iterating on user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with the Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams to define product experiences.
- Own key pieces of the product, maintaining and advocating for improvements.
- Work on the web app built in Python with Django and an open-source JavaScript framework.
- Utilize Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, and Docker for service orchestration and containerization.
- Participate in the full development life cycle from ideation to delivery and maintenance.
- Empowered to address customer pain points and improve user experience.

- Experience with web application architecture and principles.

Compensation
The total target cash compensation (TTCC) for this position ranges from $191,000 to $233,000 USD, including base compensation and variable compensation. This position is also eligible for equity consideration and other benefits.
