[Hiring] Western Region Sales Manager @The Partner Companies

Role Description

Fotofab is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand market share throughout the West Coast territory, including California, Arizona, Washington, and Oregon.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for:

• Developing new business opportunities
• Maintaining existing customer relationships
• Promoting Fotofab's precision manufacturing capabilities

The position requires a technical sales professional with experience in manufacturing and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers in aerospace, defense, medical, electronics, and other high-tech industries.

The successful candidate will be based in Southern California and work remotely, with frequent travel throughout the assigned territory and collaboration with Fotofab's Chicago-based team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Minimum of five (5) years of technical sales experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in metal fabrication, photochemical etching, stamping, or related manufacturing industries preferred.
• Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales quotas in a business-to-business (B2B) sales environment.
• Experience serving customers in aerospace, defense, medical, electronics, or similar industries preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and communicate complex manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a remote work environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and virtual presentation platforms.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50–70% throughout the assigned territory.

Requirements

• Knowledge of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
• Experience selling to aerospace and defense customers.
• Familiarity with rapid prototyping and low-to-high-volume production environments.
• Existing professional contacts within West Coast manufacturing markets, including Southern California, Seattle, and Silicon Valley.
