Role Description

Intelligence Center X is Siemens' platform for the agentic enterprise. The next wave of enterprise software isn't about writing more code — it's about giving organizations the tools to combine trusted data, AI, and applications into systems that can reason and act on their own. Intelligence Center X delivers that today through five capabilities:

• Enterprise Knowledge Graph
• AI/ML
• Agentic application development
• Orchestration
• Governance

This role focuses on helping Aerospace & Defense (A&D) customers move from the digital enterprise to the agentic enterprise.

Qualifications

• A sustained record of meeting or exceeding enterprise software sales targets in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience creating and closing strategic platform opportunities, including multi-year agreements with executive visibility and seven-figure potential.
• Executive presence and business acumen: ability to earn credibility with C-suite and operating leaders.
• Fluency in at least two of the following: enterprise AI and machine learning, knowledge graphs or data platforms, application development, process automation, cloud platforms or industrial software.
• Command of a rigorous enterprise sales methodology.
• Ability to lead a diverse pursuit team without relying on formal authority.
• Willingness to learn the customer's industry, Siemens' portfolio, and the evolving AI competitive landscape at depth.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Requirements

• Approximately 25% minimum travel required, with additional travel as business needs dictate.
• Experience selling enterprise AI, data, automation, low-code or industry software platforms into Aerospace & Defense.
• Familiarity with knowledge graphs, agentic workflows, model governance, digital twins or cross-system orchestration.
• Experience co-selling with global account teams, hyperscalers or systems integrators.
• A track record competing against established platform providers.

Benefits

• Base salary range: $146,700 - $293,400 USD annually, with a 50/50 split.
