[Hiring] Account Executive @Trellis AI

Role Description

Trellis builds and deploys self-improving agents to get patients access to life-saving medicine. Our AI agents process billions of dollars worth of therapies annually with patients in all fifty states. We do this by automating document intake, prior authorizations, and appeals at scale to streamline operations and accelerate care.

You'll own new business with specialty physician groups that prescribe or administer high-cost therapies, such as:

• Rheumatology
• Neurology
• Dermatology
• Gastroenterology
• Other specialties

Many of these practices run in-office infusion or dispensing and spend hours on prior authorizations and benefits checks. Trellis automates that work so patients start treatment sooner and staff can focus on care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 3+ years as a quota-carrying AE closing new business
• Experience selling into physician practices, provider groups, or MSOs; specialty practice experience is a strong plus
• A track record of hitting or beating quota on complex, multi-stakeholder deals
• Familiarity with practice revenue cycle, prior authorization, or specialty drug workflows
• Experience self-sourcing pipeline, not just working inbound
• Experience selling technical, SaaS, or AI products is a plus

Requirements

• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through discovery, pilot scoping, pricing, and close
• Build pipeline across independent specialty practices, multi-site groups, and management services organizations (MSOs)
• Sell to practice administrators, revenue cycle and prior authorization leaders, and physician owners
• Build ROI cases around authorization turnaround, denials, and staff capacity
• Help us find which specialties and practice profiles are the best fit, and focus there
• Partner with our deployment team so pilots convert to production and expand across sites
