[Hiring] Senior Solutions Consultant @Syncron

Role Description

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will be a strategic partner in Syncron’s sales process, combining technical expertise, business knowledge and strong communication skills to help customers solve complex business challenges.

• Partner with Sales to develop winning strategies for complex enterprise opportunities.
• Engage with customers to understand their business challenges, objectives and requirements.
• Design innovative, tailored solutions that align Syncron's capabilities with customer needs.
• Lead compelling solution presentations, demonstrations and workshops throughout the sales cycle.
• Translate complex technical and functional concepts into clear, business-focused messaging.
• Use storytelling and value-based selling techniques to demonstrate the business impact and ROI of Syncron's solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting or a similar customer-facing role within enterprise software/SaaS.
• Proven experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles, ideally involving multiple stakeholders and significant business transformation.
• Strong understanding of how to translate customer business challenges into effective technology solutions.
• Experience designing and presenting tailored solution proposals, demonstrations and workshops.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to connect technical capabilities to business outcomes.
• Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese.

Requirements

• Experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions into manufacturing, automotive, distribution or other asset-intensive industries.
• Knowledge of aftermarket, service, parts, pricing, inventory or supply chain processes.
