Role Description

The MRO Advisory Solutions team is expanding beyond its current assessment offerings into performance improvement and analytics consulting. The Consultant role owns the analytical and project execution core of new advisory offerings:

• Data collection and analysis
• Deliverables
• Workplan
• Day-to-day partner engagement

These offerings are new and pre-launch, making this a build role as much as a delivery role:

• Execute pilots and instrument them against defined success criteria
• Bring back structured evidence about what should change
• Help convert what works into repeatable delivery assets

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare consulting or a related field
• 2–3+ years in an operational, quality, or performance improvement role within a health system
• Cardiovascular registry depth: STS Adult Cardiac Surgery Database, NCDR CathPCI
• Working knowledge of hospital clinical quality programs and registry data
• Able to work in a pre-launch environment
• Demonstrated ownership of the analytical core of client engagements
• Strong project management skills
• Comfortable as the day-to-day partner contact with clinical and operational stakeholders
• Experience presenting analysis to physicians
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Working comfort with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Clear written communication skills

Requirements

• Run the day-to-day of 16- to 24-week engagements
• Build and maintain project workplans
• Serve as primary day-to-day partner contact
• Lead client-facing meetings
• Facilitate working sessions and stakeholder interviews
• Surface delivery risk, scope creep, and stakeholder resistance
• Coordinate internal contributors across teams

Salary Range

USD $98,800.00 - USD $133,500.00 /Yr.
