[Hiring] Senior Account Executive @Wallbox

Role Description

Wallbox is seeking a driven, results-oriented Senior Account Executive to lead and expand our market presence across the North America Mid-West region. This is a high-energy, strategic role designed for a seasoned sales professional who excels at identifying, onboarding, and growing channel partners, electrical distributors, and value-added resellers (VARs).

As a Senior Channel Account Executive, you will own the Mid-West territory. You will be responsible for managing key regional relationships, driving partner enablement, and aggressively hunting for new distributor and installer partnerships to accelerate Wallbox’s sales growth. If you are passionate about the electric vehicle (EV) industry, possess a deep understanding of channel sales dynamics, and thrive on building powerful partner networks in the Mid-West, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven B2B channel sales or partner management experience, preferably within electrical distribution, EV charging infrastructure, renewable energy, or hardware sales.
• Proven history of consistently exceeding sales quotas, specifically through partner recruitment, enablement, and joint pipeline growth.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to engage both distributor headquarters and local branches.
• Highly organized and capable of managing a large, diverse geographic territory.
• Deep understanding of the electrical distribution channel ecosystem or EV charging industry is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with local utility incentive structures in the Mid-West is a major plus.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and channel management tools.

Requirements

• Based in the Mid-West region (Remote) (e.g., Chicago, Detroit, Minneapolis, Indianapolis, Columbus).
• Willingness to travel up to 40-50% within the territory for partner visits and industry events.
