[Hiring] Sales Operations Manager @Harman

Role Description

The Business Planning & Analysis lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end commercial planning process across Sell-Out, Sell-Through, and Sell-In channels. This role serves as the central point of visibility for business performance, ensuring alignment between market demand, retailer execution, inventory strategy, and sales objectives.

The role is accountable for:

• Demand planning
• Business reviews
• Inventory health
• Commercial forecasting
• Executive reporting for the Sales Director and Commercial Team

What You Will Do:

• Own and consolidate performance tracking across Sell-In, Sell-Through, and Sell-Out metrics.
• Monitor weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance against targets.
• Identify risks and opportunities by channel, customer, category, and product.
• Lead business reviews with commercial teams, providing recommendations to drive growth and profitability.
• Build executive dashboards and KPI scorecards for management visibility.
• Lead the demand planning process in collaboration with Sales and supply team.
• Drive monthly demand review meetings and forecast accuracy improvement initiatives.
• Support annual operating planning, budget cycles, and quarterly business reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, forecasting methodologies, and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• 5-8+ years of experience in Business Planning, Sales Operations, Commercial Planning, Demand Planning, Revenue Management, or Supply Chain Planning.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency (intermediate to advanced).

Requirements

• Knowledge of QLIK or Power BI.
• Knowledge of web sites (retail Link, SAP and others).
• Analytics and Numerical Skills.
