Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume queue of inbound leads and product-qualified leads, converting prospects into paying subscribers.
• Conduct product demos, understand customer needs, address objections, and guide prospects through online subscription purchases.
• Drive new subscription revenue by helping customers select the right solutions and complete their purchases.
• Identify and qualify potential enterprise opportunities, handing them off to the Enterprise Account Executive team.
• Recognize opportunities for subscription upgrades and additional revenue within the customer journey.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, consistent follow-ups, and visibility into sales activity and conversion performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve conversion rates and the overall customer experience.
• Consistently work toward sales targets while maintaining a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, or a customer-facing commercial role, ideally within SaaS, digital marketing, advertising, or related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, supported by measurable performance results.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills.
• Commercial instincts, with the ability to understand customer needs, recognize buying signals, and identify larger revenue opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects, maintain consistent follow-ups, and thrive in a high-volume sales environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools to track opportunities and manage customer interactions.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Experience working with US or Canadian brands or businesses.

Preferred

• Experience in influencer marketing, the creator economy, digital advertising, or marketing technology.
• Background in SaaS sales, particularly self-serve or product-led growth (PLG) businesses.
• Experience managing inbound leads, product-qualified leads, or subscription conversions.
• Experience selling to brands, marketing teams, advertising agencies, or e-commerce businesses.
• Experience conducting product demos or closing B2B sales opportunities.
• Experience working in startups or early-stage sales teams.

Compensation

• Base Salary: USD $3,000 monthly
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): USD $5,000–$5,500 monthly
• Performance-based commissions and additional incentives for qualified enterprise referrals.
