[Hiring] LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist @Yokly

Role Description

Imagine turning a single LinkedIn message into someone's "yes, let's talk." That's the job. We're Yokly — we free business leaders to achieve more by sharing the load, through people, process, and a little automation magic. This role is one of the people parts. You're the first spark in a client's sales pipeline, and every conversation you start moves someone's business forward.

What you'll actually do:

• Find the right people on LinkedIn using research tools built for this.
• Send connection requests and messages that sound like you, not a script.
• Keep conversations warm, answer early questions, and hand off ready leads to our Sales team.
• Track your own outreach so you (and we) can see what's working.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in lead generation, cold outreach, appointment setting, or sales.
• Comfortable and confident messaging people on LinkedIn — you know the difference between "outreach" and "spam."
• Strong written English — this is a writing-heavy role.
• Self-driven. We trust you to keep your own pipeline moving.

Requirements

• Contractor Classification: Full-time
• Shift Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (11:00 PM - 8:00 AM Philippine Time)
• Weekends off
