[Hiring] Lead Generation Specialist @Koala Health

Role Description

We're looking for a motivated, results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our network of veterinary partners. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving Koala Health's growth by:

• Reaching out to potential veterinarian partners over the phone and email to secure a lunch and learn with the clinic.
• Using customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads, follow-ups, and ongoing sales activities.
• Proactively identifying solutions to questions our potential customers have regarding the value of Koala’s unique service.
• Providing a best-in-class experience for our prospects while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding that each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to create a delightful experience.
• Working closely with other members of the B2B team to track and monitor the success of prospective partners further down the sales funnel.
• Successfully achieving established targets and goals.
• Staying up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience, preferably in the Animal Health Industry.
• Experience with high volume cold calling and prospecting.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
• Experience working in Veterinary/Pet care a plus.
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
• Animal lover - Not required, but definitely a plus.
