Qualifications

• Associates Degree (Minimum Requirement)
• BA/BS Degree (Preferred Qualification)
• Spanish Fluency (Preferred Qualification)
• Experience in medical software (EMR/PM) (Preferred Qualification)
• Experience in a medical practice (Preferred Qualification)
• Salesforce/CRM competency (Preferred Qualification)

Requirements

• Responsible for making outbound calls to patients who have expressed interest in the OmniPod System.
• Handle inbound calls from patients generated through physicians’ offices and marketing programs.
• Introduce our sales team process to prospective patients.
• Apply knowledge of Insulet’s products to answer customer inquiries about the OmniPod product and competitive comparisons.
• Generate sales qualified leads by converting marketing generated leads.
• Perform other duties as required.
