Role Description

We are a growing residential and/or commercial painting company looking for a motivated, results-driven marketing professional to help grow our business, generate qualified leads, and strengthen our brand in our local market. We are looking for someone who understands digital marketing, local advertising, and lead generation, and who can take ownership of our marketing efforts from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Develop and manage marketing campaigns that generate qualified painting leads and estimate requests.
• Google Ads & Local Marketing: Manage Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and local search visibility to attract customers in our service areas.
• Social Media Management: Create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Website & SEO: Improve website performance, local SEO, service pages, and conversion rates.
• Paid Advertising: Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns to maximize return on investment.
• Content Creation: Coordinate before-and-after project photos, videos, customer testimonials, and promotional materials.
• Lead Tracking: Track calls, website inquiries, cost per lead, booked estimates, and marketing-generated sales.
• Reputation Management: Help generate customer reviews and maintain a strong online reputation.
• Promotions & Campaigns: Develop seasonal campaigns for interior painting, exterior painting, cabinet painting, commercial projects, and other company services.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on marketing performance, advertising spend, lead quality, and results.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, preferably with home services, contractors, construction, or painting companies.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, local SEO, Google Business Profile, and social media advertising.
• Experience generating leads for local service businesses.
• Ability to create engaging marketing content and basic graphics or videos.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, call tracking, and lead management.
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing painting, roofing, remodeling, landscaping, HVAC, or other home service businesses.
• Experience with Google Local Services Ads, where available and eligible.
• Knowledge of website platforms, email marketing, and marketing automation.
• A portfolio or examples of previous campaigns and measurable results.

• Number of qualified painting leads generated.
• Cost per qualified lead.
• Number of estimates booked.
• Lead-to-customer conversion rate.
• Revenue generated from marketing campaigns.
• Growth in website traffic, local visibility, and customer reviews.
