[Hiring] Sales Executive @FlowCentric Resourcing

Role Description

One of our clients based in Centurion is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join their team in Cape Town. To sell Innovative Out of Home (OOH) and Digital Out of Home (DOOH) advertising solutions.

Contract type: Permanent / Remote

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new business.
• Build lasting client relationships.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to close.
• Prepare proposals and presentations.
• Achieve monthly/yearly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Product and system training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in outbound sales.
• Media, advertising, or marketing experience is an advantage.
• Proven sales track record.

Requirements

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Own reliable vehicle.

Benefits

• Basic Salary: R15 000 per month.
• Travel Allowance: R1 500 per month.
• Cellphone Allowance: R500 per month.
• Commission Structure:
• Year 1 (First 12 months): 5% commission on all sales from R1 (Rand one), commission payable 2 months in arrears.
• Thereafter (from Month 13 onwards):
• R0 – R500 000: 2.5%
• R500 001 – R749 999: 3.5%
• R750 000+: 5%
• (Commission tiers are based on monthly billing figures.)
