[Hiring] Sales Consultant @Bayer

Role Description

The primary responsibilities of this role, Denver South Sales Consultant are to:

• Implement the sales strategies for approved Cardiorenal products.
• Drive launch activities for an anticipated launch for menopause.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement a strategic business plan for Primary Care Physicians, primarily in Community settings.
• Report to the CVR Area General Manager (AGM) and collaborate closely with Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, and other internal partners.
• Build and develop professional relationships with primary care and pharmacy staff within assigned customers.
• Drive appropriate utilization of approved CV and menopause products.
• Generate pull-through within local payers and community HCPs.
• Leverage expertise in diabetes and menopause marketplace to manage business opportunities and challenges.
• Provide relevant input to commercial colleagues regarding strategic and tactical planning.
• Develop and implement effective customer-specific business plans and communicate insights to internal stakeholders.
• Prioritize time and effort to ensure optimal coverage of appropriate physician specialists.
• Understand assigned customers' product and business needs while adhering to Bayer's ethics and compliance standards.
• Anticipate potential barriers to achievement of goals and propose responsible solutions.
• Handle customer objections effectively and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of consistent high performance in a sales role or other relevant experience.
• Proven track record in developing long-standing relationships with customers.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and promotion of ethical behavior and compliance with company policies.
• Valid driver license and clean driving record required.
• Overnight travel could be 2 nights per month.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree required, advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• In-depth knowledge in cardiovascular and/or diabetes and/or menopause disease states.
• Product launch experience.
• Strong analytical and computer capabilities.
• Virtual Sales Experience.

Benefits

• Salary range: $124,320 to $186,480.
• Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission.
